Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing the best place to buy your gown!

Q: Can I save money by ordering my gown through a "no inventory dealer", an 800# or over the internet?

A: Yes, you might get a lower price initially. However, when all things are considered you may end up paying more!

Q: If I can get it shipped to me and save money, how could it end up costing me more?

A: Chances are the extra charges you will have to pay someone else for fitting, steaming and pressing will outweigh any discount. Not withstanding you may have little recourse if something goes wrong!

Q: Am I required to pay for my gown in full to order it?

A: You should beware of anyone who requires you to pay in full for your dress before ordering! They may be saying "We do not service what we sell - We do not guarantee the fit - We do not want to be responsible." Bottom line, you should never pay more than a 50% deposit at the time of ordering your dress.

Q: To order a dress that I can't see first, should I go try on gowns at Bridal Shops and pick out what I want, then order it?

A: Not withstanding the imposition on the Bridal Shop you have no intention of doing business with, you should be concerned about a company that takes your money without showing you the dresses. If they can't show you the dresses to try on, don't show them your money!

In summary the best place to order your gown is at the store where you try it on! When you consider terms and what the price includes, you can usually save time and money by doing it in one place. At a full service bridal store, your satisfaction is guaranteed. After all, a wedding is too important to take chances!
